 Confirm what exactly?

 Tuning fails if the box is too busy?  And if so, how?

 Building itself (before and/or after tuning) can also fail?

 Or does just the quick test after "successfully" building zn_poly fail
 (due to failing comparisons, as intended, or with a segfault or whatever)?
