A small patch to let us compute the orbits of sets and tuples by exposing
it from GAP.
And a reviewer patch adding more stuff.

Here's a new patch for what this ticket initially addressed, after the
looooooong discussion on sage-devel [1]. #14283 and (more importantly)
#14319 depend on this ticket !
