processes appear consistently for me until #14426, so reproduction is
trivial.
The ECL processes' PIDs should be in the `spawned_processes` text file,
with the patches from here now located in the directory
`sage.misc.SAGE_TMP` (usually some `$DOT_SAGE/tmp/<hostname>-<pid>/...` or
`$DOT_SAGE/<hostname>/<pid>/`?).
