Third attempt:
`spawned_processes` should be located in `$DOT_SAGE/temp/<hostname>/<pid
of [parent] Sage process>/`.
The whole naming is (still) a mess, `sage.misc.misc.SAGE_TMP` is totally
unrelated to the environment variable `SAGE_TMP`.
