I am currently waiting for `pGroupCohomology.factory.unit_test64` to
finish with `-O3`, and will later try to compare the result with the other
options.
Question: Is it OK to hard-code `OO="-O3"` in the Makefile? Or shall this
be at the choice of the user? Is there a default optimization level used
by Sage when installing an spkg?
