Helloooooooooo !!
There were some trailing whitespaces in your patch, and Sage's dogma says
that this is wrong. I also added a warning saying that the ordering of
vertices in the matrix may not be the ordering of vertices in
``g.vertices()``.
If you agree with this patch, then you can set the ticket to
`positive_review` !
