I think that it's ok like that, but you should probably check by building
the doc (`sage -docbuild reference/graph html` only builds the graph doc)
because it's tricky sometimes. Note that if you write add an `~` in the
link then it will only appear as `distance_all_pairs` and not as
`sage.graphs.generic_graph.distance_all_pairs`
