Otherwise (i.e., modulo mentioned issues) looks ok (and apparently works;
Linux x86 and x86_64, GCC 4.4.3 / 4.7.2 / 4.8.0, with `SAGE_CHECK=yes`,
''some'' doctests run).

Building with `GF2X_TUNE=full` finally took more than four and a half
hours, admittedly on a not-so-fast (but otherwise almost idle, dual-core)
machine...
