oh, I understand what happened now. I did {{{make tune-toom
TOOM_TUNING_LIMIT=16}}} which sets automatically
{{{GF2X_MUL_TOOM4_ALWAYS_THRESHOLD}}} to 16. When running {{{make tune-
toom TOOM_TUNING_LIMIT=nnn}}}, one should always have nnn at least 30.
