I tried this with `5.10.rc1` by applying the patches to the script repo
(`$SAGE_ROOT/local/bin`), then running
{{{
sage -combinat install
}}}
and all of the extensions are being rebuilt for me. Did I need to run
`sage -b` first? (I did like the fact that I didn't have to wait for the
doc to be rebuilt.)
