#5653: [with patch, needs review] display docstrings in the notebook using html
and jsMath

Comment(by jhpalmieri):
The pop-out thing is pretty neat, but the math is garbled in the popped-
out window -- this is on Mac OS X, both Safari and Firefox. The spacing
is wrong; it's as if the math takes no space, so the plain text is written
on top of it. Check out {{{identity_matrix?}}} (in-line math) or
{{{A.iterates?}}} (displayed math) for A a matrix. I can provide a screen
shot if you can't reproduce it.
Would it be possible to have the new window have, as a title, the name of
the object for which it is the docstring or source? That would be cool.
Failing that, I would change "Foo!" to something else: "Bar!" maybe, or
perhaps "Sage documentation"?
By the way, Rob, I see an address bar in Firefox but not in Safari. I
don't know what implications this has, as far as being able to control
it...
