One recomendation: could you use other names than `sage_pari_catch`,
something which clearly refers to `sig_on()`, since `sage_pari_catch()`
really is an extension of `sig_on()`.
What about `pari_sig_on()` and `pari_sig_off()` which would mirror
`ecl_sig_on()` and `ecl_sig_off()` which we already have?
