 When I do `declare -x TEXINPUTS=.:$SAGE_ROOT/local/lib/python2.7/site-

 sphinxmanual.cls, but the next attempt to call pdflatex on categories.tex
 fails as well. This time, it can't find `report.cls`.

 So, please tell me how one is supposed to run pdflatex on this file, so
 that I can reproduce the problem.
