I thereby pledge to pay off my startup time tax by working on lazy
importing more combinat stuff. See #15293 for a proof of concept showing
that one can easily gain back the current 5% we might loose here. I thus
have removed the needs work for this ticket.
The only remaining issue is the dependency upon #9107, which we can either
finalize (I hope to get to it by the end of the week), or trivially work
around.
Simon, pleeeeeeeaase, do you have a chance to get back to the review of
this ticket? So many things depend on it ...
