 Hello,

 here is a patch correcting the failing doctests. Nicolas, could you please
 check that I have not made a mistake ? and maybe qfold if you want ?

 I have been forced to remove (or rather disconnect) the example of graded
 module with basis. But this can wait for another ticket.

 There remains a strange failing doctest in
 sagenb.notebook.interact.list_of_first_n. I am not able to solve that.
 Could somebody else help ?
