What shall be done with pop()/popitem() in an iteration context? should it
return an item without removing it (resp. postpone removal)? Or should it
raise a straight error? I'd prefer the latter.
If "`del D[k]`" is called in an iteration context, I suppose we simply
want to postpone deletion until the iteration has finished.
