I have seen this a couple of times---not only here. Sometimes it even
occurs when returning to vanilla sage. So, I believe it is not a problem
of this branch, but a general problem. Of git? Of Sage's build system? No
idea.
I had the impression that doing "pkill python" helps. Not sure though.
