 Marc,

 Thanks a lot for taking a look into this and working on improving the
 documentation. I agree with your changes. I have also changed the bogus
 non-fibnacci degree.

 Concerning the random tests, I have moved the comparison of the result
 with external libraries to rings/tests.py, but I have left the rest of the
 tests in place. Do you agree with this changes?
