Comment (by SimonKing):

 In `__classget__`, we find
 {{{
 #!python
         if "_base_category_class_and_axiom" not in cls.__dict__:
             cls._base_category_class_and_axiom = (base_category_class,
 axiom_of_nested_class(base_category_class, cls))
             cls._base_category_class_and_axiom_was_guessed = True
         else:
             assert cls._base_category_class_and_axiom[0] is
 base_category_class, \
                 "base category class for %s mismatch; expected %s, got
 %s"%(cls, cls._base_category_class_and_axiom[0], base_category_class)
 }}}
 What does that mean? Can `_base_category_class_and_axiom` be in the dict
 before the call to the lazy class attribute is completed?
