Comment (by SimonKing):
Note: Without merging develop, I'd get
{{{
sage: %time integral(exp(x + x^2)/(x+1), x)
CPU times: user 2.11 s, sys: 0.06 s, total: 2.18 s
Wall time: 2.26 s
integrate(e^(x^2 + x)/(x + 1), x)
sage: %time ascii_art(integral(exp(x + x^2)/(x+1), x))
CPU times: user 24.33 s, sys: 0.10 s, total: 24.43 s
Wall time: 24.83 s
/
|
| 2
| x + x
| e
| ------- dx
| x + 1
|
/
}}}
This is bad enough. I mean, why does it take more than 20 seconds to
computer the ascii art representation of this integral?
And the question is: How can '''categories''' make ascii art and
integration so dog slow? Are categories even used there??
