 Hmm. @Nathann: I just see that there might be further methods that would
 be added:
 - `def is_source(self, vertex)`: Tests whether the vertex is a source in
 the quiver.
 - `def is_sink(self, vertex)`: Test whether the vertex is a sink in the
 quiver.
 - `def sources(self)`, `def sinks(self)`: Return the list of all sources
 and sinks.

 I think these methods make sense for digraphs, and should be added. But
 perhaps Nathann disagrees.

 Then there also is a method `all_paths`, but I think this should perhaps
 be moved to the semigroup, because it is the semigroup (not the digraph
 itself) that needs these paths.
