Comment:

 The remaining issues are:
 * some maps seem to get collected in padics/CR_template.pxi
 * <BLANKLINE> issue when the WARNING stuff is fed into an Exception/Error
 text (it seems to be duplicated: once before the Traceback and once in the
 error string, maybe a doctesting framework limitation?)
