Sorry for the delays on this; been doing some math and construction. I'll
add some doc to the interior product which will hopefully make everything
clear. Same for the `s_coeff`.
I think it's better to do by identity. It's faster for UR base rings (or
so I've been told and I'd be surprised if it wasn't), and if it's equal
but not identical, I think we should change it to make sure its parent is
identically the base ring.
