For stdc++ I only named the one tagged with "language=c++". Yes there are
other that include it but they have plain c sources and will be compiled
with the c compiler so the extra stdc++ is necessary for them. I
explicitly didn't mention them.
My comment is for those that are compiled with g++ remove it and that's
the three I listed. For the other you leave them alone.
I cannot tell when we started to have --as-needed working. I remember a
time where it wasn't but now it definitely does.
