I've merged in the latest #10963, made some misc doctweaks (added some
doctests to/near functions were editing), fixed an issue with
`Sets.Algebras` not taking a category (so `GroupAlgebras(Rings())` used to
fail). If you're happy with my changes, then I think this part is a
positive review.
