... and you may want to redo the branch for this ticket (hopefully nothing
depends on it yet). Currently, it has the `*.c` file of a `*.pyx` tracked.
You should probably rebase the branch so that that file is never checked
in (I'm not sure whether removing it will leave it in the history).
