 TD/OA/MOLS (which is a fair) you should remove the optional TD arguments
 from the `TD_product`. Do not think about other users, they can think by
 themselves :-P. I will copy/paste that on #16227.

 Why on earth would you want me to remove features, really ?... If this
 function is not meant for the users it makes no difference, and if users
 see it they can use it. Why do you want me to remove features ?... "for
 the greater good of having uniform functions that nobody sees" ?... Really
 guys ...

 We already deal with OA. All this is being built without an OA class ....
 My current file contains 1735 lines of code/doc to generate OA, and all
 that is needed are lists of lists of integers.
