Oh right. But that was to avoid having a `who_asks` parameter in
`projective_plane`. But anyway, it does not cost too much and if by chance
we got one we would be happy! Ahahaha. Yeah. Perhaps somebody overlooked a
very simple case of recursive decomposition `;-)`

Well, let's do half/half. Positive review with both reviewers and both
authors. By the way I just finished the patch for `k=None` and I added the
MOLS table from my dreams. The last dependency of the constructions will
also be reviewed in a second `;-)`
