Gasp: after `make doc-clean`, `make doc` fails with
[misc ] docstring of sage.misc.c3_controlled:103: WARNING: undefined
label: category-primer-category-order (if the link has no caption the
label must precede a section header)

whereas this worked before the `make doc-clean`. Oh well, the degraded
link I just pushed will do the job for now.
