Ahahahah very cool ! I did not even know how a difference family was
defined. Quite straightforward `:-)`
Okay, I agree with your commits except for three things :
- The new function needs an INPUT section
- we have several "Design1_from_design2" functions already, so could it be
`BIBD_from_difference_family` like before ?
- Those two tests are equivalent. Is that on purpose ?
