If not in a standrad location (or just /usr/ and /usr/lib I think, maybe
even stranger for feaders, that is don't count on
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-..... which is not search for by default), you have
to pass --with-blas-include= and -with-cblas-lib= (or variation therof,
too lazy to checkk now, too late in my timezone).
