No it's all in standard location including the headers. I checked all that
stuff. It looks like there is an issue when I feed the configure script
with results from pkg-config, if I do things manually there is no
problems.
While this may be more of an issue with pkg-config than anything else I
may have a go at doing something different for clas-check.m4 I don't think
you do the right thing with the AC_TRY_LINK test. It looks enough in most
cases I am sure but this is not what I would do.
