I don't agree.
Picking up the right linker flags, include path, lmib path for any CBLAS
implem is black magic.
I'm not even sure the autotools suite provides anything to pick properly a
working CBLAS implem on every system.
Using pkg-config could ease all of that but I wouldn't say it's an option
for us or IML.
