 Doesn't matter if they work (I haven't tried). If they don't work for
 Sage, they might serve as a good starting point.

 That's exactly why you want to solve this problem once, with one proper
 `autoconf` script. If every `spkg-install` script needs to be rewritten to
 detect ATLAS, you're doing it wrong.
