 If you do something like
 {{{
 git merge develop
 git trac push
 }}}
 the branch should be based on current develop rather than 6.2. However,
 clicking on the branch on tickets should show precisely what will be
 changed after merging this ticket and develop. Perhaps that file was
 completely removed in another ticket?.. But then there should be conflicts
 and the branch should not apply, I think. So it may really make sense to
 inquire on sage-devel what's going on here.
