 The stresstest found that the following fails:
 {{{
             sage: S = BoundedIntegerSequence(6, [3, 5, 3, 1, 5, 2, 2, 5,
 3, 3, 4])
             sage: S[-1]
             4
 }}}
 Currently it returns 0.
