Yo !
I think you should do both at the same time, otherwise it is hard to test
the program you add. Plus it is weird to have a code that Sage cannot use,
even for a time. As adding a new spkg does not take a lot of code there
should be no problem doing both here !
Thank you by the way, it will be nice to have it around.
