Comment:

 I have done some changes cleaning up the conversion to braid.

 I have also run a script to check the results of .alexander_polynomial
 against the ones available in the knot atlas (taking into account the
 notation differences that Amit noted), and so far they match. Although my
 script is only checking 838 cases. There are some oddities, for example,
 in some knots, the knot atlas states that the Alexander polynomial is
 "ComplexInfinity", although our implementation returns an actual
 polynomial.

 In other cases, the knot atlas shows no PD code, so i am not checking
 those.
