 check information anyway.  Ideally one could have a prototype of that
 available in time to help test this ticket as well.

 I am already running some of those tests. That's how i found the error in
 the conversion to braid.

 I have been working on a cleaner rewrite of the code used to convert from
 knot to braid, but i am not sure if it is a better idea that i stay as a
 reviewer. If i commit some code, someone else should review it.
