 Agreeing with jhpalmieri on the generators. In particular, ngens should
 give 2n as opposed to n (or else the generalization to arbitrary skew
 forms will have a non-integer number of generators). I am also highly
 against non-central algebras being encoded as algebras.

 As for `expand_derivative`, if I remember correctly it commutes a
 differential operator past a polynomial in the Weyl algebra; but I have
 never actually checked what it really does.
