Sorry, I fear I won't have the time for this until November :(
Please ask on sage-devel for someone to review the rest of weyl_algebra.py
(I have reviewed repr_from_monomials, though I can't guarantee it was the
newest version). The general Weyl algebra can then go into a separate
ticket, although it might require reverse-incompatible changes to the
differential one (I hope it won't).
