for a commit that (perhaps with minor modifications) fix this - I think I
actually got it from Jonathan but perhaps modified it, that was a while
ago now.
Now all of a sudden this is working after all, which makes sense because

I think this is probably due to not having changed
sagenb/data/sage/html/notebook/text_cell.html in the relevant commits

Naturally, one would also have to do the thing to fix shift-click in that
