These are obviously fairly minor compared to the display hook thing
(thanks for fixing that so quickly!), but they worked in my branch.

This is just for layout with the checkboxes. I didn't find having it
missing making an obvious layout difference, but we can put it back in.

I will have to dig into Jmol for this. It is supposed to pick up the
version, which can be shown to be correct in the console by selecting the
"State". This is an upstream bug, although I might be able to patch it
here.

Now I understand. We need to add a new cell bar above new rich text boxes.
I completely missed that.

hmmm, I'll look at that.

Are you saying the highlighting doesn't disappear when you stop hovering
over the new cell bar? That may be a browser bug. I will look at it
again.

Not sure what the "pop to own window" is. I know we used to have a link
for that, but it should be gone along with all the fancier controls, they
still need rewriting.

shift-click = new rich text cell
cntrl-click = new calculation cell
