First, I agree that we should remove the png files. I think that is what's
done in sagenb. Second, given the current status (= slow) of sagenb
development, I think that removing `MathJax` from sagenb should go on
another ticket. The stripped version shouldn't take too much space, so
having two copies for a while (until sagenb gets modified) is not that
bad.
