I don't first think of posets as directed graphs, so having a method
`to_graph` says this conversion exists and the fact that you have to go
through `hasse_diagram()` hints that we should leave the method in there.
If you feel it's not clear, then add more to the function's documentation
and teach people to look at the doc if they can't discern what the
function does from it's name and output.
