 I use mpn_cmp and I use several `biseq_*` functions. So, I need to cimport
 stuff. You are right about the gmp.types and ntl/decl.

 Also I should probably use sig_on (around the raw bitset operations), so,
 better leave ext/interrupt in.

 But I'll soon provide a commit that reduces the imports.
