Yes. But as you changed Sage's source code and not only its doctests, now
`tutte_polynomial` will never be able to use bliss even if it is
installed.

That is one way out. Another way out is to remove the doctest if it is not
actually necessary, or to modify it in such a way that it still tests what
it should test, without actually printing the ordering that may depend
upon the packages installed.
