Duh, a module with a basis is a free module by definition...(Although that
specific category is just an alias.) However in this case it is somewhat
stronger of a category in that there is a distinguished basis (i.e., like
sets with a marked point). Perhaps we need to lower the `to_vector` into
the fin-dim w/ basis category (if it's not already there)?
