Ok, we believe we took care of all the comments here, hence back to
needs review. Anne had a first look at the changes in
`integer_vectors`, and Travis will double check probably on Monday.
I have been trough the internal documentation, and spent quite some
time improving it. It could be further improved. Yet, it's probably
best not to spend too much time on it either, since it's likely to get
updated once better look ahead are implemented.
