 Wall time: 15 s

 This used to be 12s before I introduced the `Envelope` class. This is
 due to the fact that we are not using anymore a ConstantFunction for
 the floor in this case. We could special case that, but this slow down
 should disappear as soon as `Envelope` will be Cythonized, so I'd say
 that's good enough for now.
